Primus
Our bridge type measuring machine Primus presents a compact and stable machine concept, which is rounded by high-precision air bearing guidance and dynamic gears in all axes. A high-precision scale system in conjunction with a powerful controller guarantees the accuracy of the machine. By using granite in all axes, we ensure a constant thermal behavior of the coordinate measuring machine. Our bridge type measuring machine Primus you can find in all divisions of the production and the quality assurance. If in the prototype construction or in run-production – the Primus is applicable universally.
Primus L
Our bridge type measuring machine Primus L presents a compact and stable machine concept. The mass which is moved is reduced because of the overhead guide axis. That is why we can realise a bigger measuring range of the other axes without resigning the dynamic and accuracy. The Primus L has also, like the Primus, high-precision air bearing guidance and dynamic gears in all axes. The high-definition scale system in conjunction with a powerful controller guarantees a tight accuracy.
Primus GT
The high-portal measuring machine Primus GT has, compared to the Primus L, two overhead guide axes, which are furnished with a dynamic and high-precision twin drive. Separated by this weight reduction of the mass which is moved we can realise huge measuring ranges without resigning the dynamic and accuracy. The Primus GT has also, beside the Primus and Primus L, high-precision air bearing guidance and dynamic gears in all axes. The high-definition scale system in conjunction with a powerful controller complete the entire machine concept.
Profi
Profi is a CNC layout machine based on a modular machine concept, mounted-on roller bearings precision guidance and using a high-definition scale system. In conjunction with the high-precision direct drive concept and a powerful measuring machine controller the Profi is a high-power CNC layout measuring machine. As the Profi is suitable for workshops it is possible to establish the machine in an environment close to the production. Application areas are e. g. design, automobile industry, supplying industry, tool manufacture, mould construction and jig manufacturing.
Profi is available as a single version and a duplex version.
Studio Mill 4
The Studio Mill 4 is aligned especially to the needs of the design industry und offers you the possibility to work with soft materials, such as clay, styrofoam, rigid foam and flexible foam without any problems. The Studio Mill 4 can be used as a 3-axes or a 3+2-axes milling machine. A stable machine concept connected with high flexibility and a maximum of insensitivity to dirt distinguishes the Studio Mill 4 for working in the design area. Furthermore, a maximum of processing volume is available because of the special arrangement of the processing axes. Various milling heads plus powerful software packages for digitization, measuring and milling render your Studio Mill 4 to a universal centre in design industry and modelling.
